All orders must be paid for at the time of ordering, we offer card and PayPal payments through our website.

Due to the dynamic nature of our website, we cannot guarantee that items in your cart will not be purchased by other customers before you finalise your purchase. 

Once an order is placed we cannot change or modify orders or alter the method of payment. We are happy to combine postage on orders place in either our Winter sale, or our Spring Sale, but are unable to combine orders placed across these sales.

Product Availability

The quantity of products available on this website is updated prior to our Winter Sale, and again in October for our Spring Sale.  We do not take preorders at this stage. 

We make the best efforts to ship all items purchased by the buyer, however, Middle Hill Farm reserves the right to notify and refund full or partial orders if products become unavailable or are otherwise unsuitable for shipping.

At times our tubers may have fallen prey to mother nature and experienced a storage failure. If a cultivar you have purchased is not appropriate for sale at time of packaging, you will receive a refund for that cultivar.
