Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We are currently unable to ship to WA or the NT due to quarantine regulations.

All tubers will be shipped in October once the weather warms up and they are safely woken from storage. We dispatch all orders utilising Australia Post. We provide tracking for each order, however we are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to Australia Post. We are happy to organise express post and/or registered post at buyer's expense.

Order Changes

Unfortunately, we cannot make any alterations, substitutions, or modifications to orders once they have been placed. We are pleased to consolidate orders made during our Winter sale or Spring sale, but we cannot merge orders from different sale periods.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Middle Hill Farm. Please unpack your order as soon as it arrives, and inspect your tubers.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within five days of receiving your order. 

Sorry, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges on products.

If you have concerns about your tubers please contact us within five days of receiving your order.
